The Profit First is a system that helps you prioritise profit in your business. Instead of waiting until the end of the year to see if there’s anything left over, you allocate profit first, then work with what’s left for expenses and taxes. This ensures that your business becomes more financially stable, and you start paying yourself a consistent salary aligned with your goals

The program requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. Expect to dedicate time each week to review your finances, implement strategies, and attend coaching calls. The exact time will vary based on your unique business needs, but it's designed to fit within your schedule without overwhelming you.Almost all of my clients stay on indefinitely after that because really it's like having a CFO in their business who helps them make operational decisions using financial data.

Our coaching sessions will be tailored to your needs, with regular check-ins to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. We’ll have monthly calls to discuss your finances, review your profit-first structure, and fine-tune any areas of concern.

Once the initial setup is complete (the 1st 5 weeks), and we have a 12 month financial strategy, with the action points broken down, the monthly sessions cover;

- accountability on the previous months action points

- a review of expenses and discussion around any changes or unplanned spending in the month

- a review of revenue targets

- we'll discuss how the business is working for you from on operational perspective and if it is supporting your personal needs and goals, and we'll make adjustments to the plan accordingly

- there's a lot of screen sharing as we go through the figures, but I promise I make it easy to understand and sometimes, ok often...it even feels fun!

- after the call, I'll make any changes needed to your Profit First %'s and I'll update your action points on our shared portal
